How I do it

One of my good friends and fellow rett mom is hosting a round of "How do you do it?" on her blog. I was honored when she asked me to contribute. It took me a while to go down the list of topics I could talk about. Partially because I feel like my brain isn't working that well and I can hardly complete a thought, more or less really figure out what would be the best thing to discuss, so I just wrote about what is closest to my heart right now.
